Patchmade Return & Warranty Policy

30-Day Worry-Free Returns
We want you to love your Patchmade product. Every product can differ so please contact us with any specific questions.

For Office Chairs: If there are any damages, mistakes or major defects you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund (minus shipping).

  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase and paid by the same method.

  • How to Start a Return: Email us at contact@patchmade.net with your order number. Once approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label and simple packing instructions.

  • Exceptions: Sale items and gift cards are final sale. If you’re unsure, just ask - our team is happy to help.

Damages & Defects
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If anything arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right no hassle, guaranteed.

*Heavy-duty upholstery (for 24/7 use) carries a 3-year warranty; standard fabrics are warranted for normal office use.

Warranty Highlights:

  • Covers all defects in materials and workmanship under normal office use (8 hr/day, up to 300 lbs).

  • Non-transferable; valid only for the original purchaser.

  • Does not cover normal wear & tear, damage from misuse, or unauthorized alterations.

How to Lodge a Warranty Claim

  2. We’ll verify your purchase and work with the manufacturer to inspect your chair.

  3. If covered, we’ll ship replacement parts or a replacement chair at no charge - you cover labor if you choose professional assembly.

Keep your Patchmade chair performing at its best:

  1. Clean Casters Monthly – Remove debris; use a solvent-based cleaner or compressed air.

  2. Tighten Hardware Twice a Year – Eliminate squeaks and ensure stability.

  3. Lubricate Moving Parts – A light spray of white lithium grease prevents creaks.

  4. Adjust Clutch Plates – If recline starts slipping, a quick clutch-plate tighten restores performance.

  5. Upholstery Care – Vacuum fabric and spot-clean spills per the fabric maker’s instructions.
